Corona advice


Welcome to West Moors Group Practice

We look after over 5,200 patients in West Moors and Three Legged Cross with state of the art computer integration, electronic prescriptions direct to chemists, online appointment booking and repeat prescription ordering, and access to your medical records online if requested.


We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.


Access & Parking

Wherever possible we have taken all necessary steps to comply with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act. We provide parking spaces, disabled access and toilet facilities for the physically disabled (within the limitations of the building). If you need any assistance in accessing the surgery please let us know upon booking your appointment. We have a portable hearing Induction loop to assist the hearing impaired.

There is limited car parking, including disabled car spaces, at the West Moors Surgery. On road parking is also available in Farm Road.
