Welcome to our page that will allow you to gain access to our online appointment booking service. These steps are necessary in order to ensure both your security and the security of the practice.
The following steps are required:
1. Please come into the surgery reception and ask the receptionist for a sheet with your secure access details. You will need this to register for the service.
2. You will see that this sheet contains various numbers. You will then need to register for the service by clicking here. Enter the details that you have on your form given to you by the receptionist.
3. Once you have registered then you may log on to the service by clicking here or clicking on the icon that is present on the home page.
Using the system

At present you can book online with the following:
- Dr Smith
- Dr Gunputh
- Dr Phillips
- Dr Hayden
- Dr Horner

Requesting a prescription
You will soon be able to request your repeat prescriptions using this system. You will see your list of repeat medications and can merely tick the ones you require to order. You will also be able to see when they have been approved by the practice by tracking their progress.
Until this becomes live please use this page.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Unfortunately, we cannot search our system if you have forgotten your password. This is due to security reasons. You will need to come into the surgery and request one of the receptionists to reset your account- you will then need to re-register and choose another password. We hope that you understand this security measure.
